A company is a net-net on EveryNetNet when its market cap is greater than zero and no more than its net current asset value (P/NCAV above 0 and at most 1). NCAV = Total Current Assets − Total Liabilities − Minority Interest − Preferred Equity, using the latest reported (LTM) balance sheet. Long-term assets such as property, equipment and intangibles count for nothing.

All figures are in US dollars. Market caps, share prices and balance-sheet values arrive from our data provider already converted to USD, so companies from different countries can be compared directly.
