The short answer

If you want someone else to cut a long list down to a few dozen names, and you value written analysis and a community, Net Net Hunter is built for that. If you want the whole list, updated daily, and you'd rather do the filtering and research yourself, EveryNetNet is the cheaper fit.

What Net Net Hunter does well

The shortlist is the core of the membership. Net Net Hunter says it spends about 20 hours each month going through around 1,000 NCAV stocks from 28 countries to pick 30 to research. Its raw screens add columns such as F-Score, Z-Score, NCAV-to-price and dividend yield, and you can download them as Excel files.

It is run by Evan Bleker, who has written about net-net investing for years and also wrote a book on the strategy. Members get 12 research reports a year and access to a forum that, by the site's count, has more than 10,000 posts. If you are new to net-nets and want guidance and other investors to talk to, that is a real reason to pay more.

What EveryNetNet does differently

EveryNetNet doesn't pick stocks. It lists every company it can find with a P/NCAV above 0 and at most 1.0, leaving out companies under $1 million in market cap and bankrupt tickers. That makes the list longer and rougher than a curated shortlist: many names are tiny, thinly traded or losing money, and you have to sort them yourself. The full rules are on the methodology page.

The list is rebuilt every day, so a stock that drops below NCAV this week shows up this week. Pro shows which companies joined or left since the last update. There is no forum and no buy or sell advice.

What a year costs

EveryNetNet Pro costs $96 a year on the annual plan, or $120 if you pay monthly. Net Net Hunter's listed price of $95.83 a month, charged annually, comes to about $1,150 a year. The difference pays for the human shortlist, the research reports and the community, which EveryNetNet doesn't offer.

Which one should you pick?

Pick Net Net Hunter if your time is the bottleneck and you want a short, filtered list with someone's reasoning attached. Pick EveryNetNet if you are comfortable doing your own research and want to see every candidate, in more markets, as soon as it qualifies. You can also start with EveryNetNet's free plan, which shows 50 US net-nets each month, to see whether working from a raw list suits you.
